Do I need a care plan?

If your site supports enquiries, sales or publishing, it needs an agreed maintenance process. A care plan provides that ongoing work; the appropriate scope depends on the site and who already looks after it.

Can you maintain a site you didn’t build?

Often yes. I’ll review the site first, resolve anything urgent, then take it onto a care plan.

What’s included each month?

Updates, backups, security and performance monitoring, plus an allowance of small changes. Larger work is quoted separately.

Does a care plan include a redesign or new features?

Larger changes are scoped separately. The plan should make the included maintenance, smaller edits, support availability and any exclusions clear before work begins.
