I can also plan and manage Amazon Connect cloud calling, including number routing and call flows, alongside AWS hosting. For suitable WordPress sites, my Adaptive Customer Engagement plugin brings first-party enquiry and call reporting into the picture. Each connection is scoped, configured and tested separately; on-site phones and cabling are not included.
